Did you know that 20% of cold email campaigns have an open rate of less than 20%?

Open rates this low mean your emails are landing in spam.

To prevent your emails from going to the spam folder, it’s essential to warm up your email.

We have reviewed several warm-up tools already, and today, we turn our attention to Inboxally.

Our Inboxally review will tell you all you need to know about this warm-up service. We’ll discuss its features, pricing, pros and cons, and more.

Inboxally Features

👉 Replies to warm-up emails: As with any decent email warm-up service, Inboxally automatically replies to your emails. The replies are random generic replies, though, which aren’t as good as the personalized replies some warm-up services send.

👉 Emails moved from spam to inbox: Your emails are moved out of the spam and into the inbox.

👉 Emails moved from promotions to inbox: Landing in the Promotions folder is much better than landing in spam. However, it’s still not ideal and will get you inferior open rates. Inboxally moves your emails to the inbox, indicating to email service providers that your emails should go to the inbox. This helps build your sender reputation.

👉 Scrolling action on longer warm-up emails: Inboxally will automatically scroll down on your longer warm-up emails. This simulates engagement which is another high-value signal for ESPs.

👉 Emails marked as important or “starred”: Another signal to ESPs that your emails matter.

👉 Link clicks in warm-up emails: If your emails include links, Inboxally will click them for you. Typically, recipients won’t click links in emails they don’t trust, so if your links do get clicks, it signals to ESPs that your emails are trustworthy.

👉 Placement Tracking: Reports on how your warm-up emails are performing. Lets you know where your warm-up emails are landing: in the inbox, promotions, or spam folder.

👉 Chat support: Not available on Inboxally’s Starter plan.

Inboxally Pricing 💵

Compared to other warm-up services, Inboxally is somewhat expensive.

The Starter plan starts at $149/month and allows for 100 warm-up emails daily.

To send out more warm-up emails, you need to purchase a more expensive plan, like the Plus plan ($649/month), which allows you to send 500 daily warm-up emails.

There doesn’t seem to be any discount for yearly subscriptions.

Pros and Cons

✅ Pros

  • Emails not only moved from spam to inbox but also from “Promotions” to inbox
  • Inboxally clicks on links in warm-up emails
  • Also scrolls down on your long warm-up emails for superior engagement signals

❌ Cons

  • Expensive
  • Random generic replies instead of personalized ones
  • Chat support only available on the Plus plan and above

What Customers Say About Inboxally 🗣️

Capterra - 5/5 (2 reviews)

Trustpilot - 4.6/5 (21 reviews)

Inboxally has few reviews. The ones that are available are positive.

One such positive review talks about how Inboxally has improved their company’s email deliverability and open rates:

Inboxally vs lemwarm comparison 🆚

Inboxally isn't the only warm-up service in town.

In fact, there are several other popular options to consider as well.

One such service is lemwarm, which was developed by a team of email outreach experts who also created the outreach tool lemlist. It's much more affordable than Inboxally, with its best plan costing only $49/month.

lemwarm sends personalized warm-up emails, lets you warm up your real templates, and sends the warm-up emails to a network of inboxes tailored to your niche.

Here’s a table that compares Inboxally’s features to lemwarm’s:

  Inboxally lemwarm
Automatic email warm-up
Technical set up check
Reporting dashboard
Personalized warm-up emails
Warm up your own templates
Warm-up network tailored to your niche
Scrolling action on warm-up emails for engagement
Cost of cheapest plan $149/month $29/month*

*$49/month for advanced warm-up features

Final verdict 🧑‍⚖️

Inboxally has some promising email engagement features that could help improve your deliverability.

It does, however, lack the warm-up personalization that lemwarm offers, and it’s at least three times more expensive than lemwarm.

We're good with whatever warm-up service you choose as long as you do warm up your email.

Without warm-up, more of your emails will land in spam, hurting your ROI considerably.
